Symmetry Explorer and Symmetry Mechanical (the "Software") are free of charge, but they
are not open source. The author keeps the copyright and every right not granted below.

1. What you may do
   - Install and use the Software on any number of computers, for any purpose, personal,
     educational or commercial, without paying a fee.
   - Publish, use and sell the results that you obtain with the Software (images, tables,
     point sets, reports), with a mention of the Software where that is customary.

2. What you may not do without the written permission of the author
   - Distribute, publish, sell, rent or lend copies of the Software, alone or as part of
     another product. Point others to the official download page instead.
   - Modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except
     where the law expressly allows it.
   - Remove or change the copyright notices, this licence or the third-party notices.

3. Third-party components
   The Software includes open-source components that remain under their own licences.
   Their notices are in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and in the folder Help\licenses. Nothing
   in this licence limits the rights that those licences give you over those components.

4. No warranty
   The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
   including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
   non-infringement. The results are for study and design exploration; check them
   independently before relying on them.

5. Limitation of liability
   To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any
   damages arising from the use of the Software or from the inability to use it, even if
   advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this licence limits liability
   that cannot be limited by law.

6. End of the licence
   This licence ends automatically if you break its terms. You must then stop using the
   Software and delete your copies.

7. Applicable law
   This licence is governed by the law of Spain.
